As most of you know I got to do a fun demo at this weekend’s Little Italy Mercato, teaching some folks who wandered by how to make their own beet pickled eggs. A few of my awesome friends came down to watch, and helped me take some pictures of the action!
Yum! My grandmother used to make these when I was little, loved them!
